Relax & Reset Riverside Day Retreat UK

Join us for a day of relaxation and wellness, focused around minimising stress and unblocking mental barriers. Expect sessions centred around mindfulness, such as yoga, Qi Gong, guided breathwork, and mandala art, as well as expert talks and workshops on the link between nutrition and stress as well as practical techniques to unblock mental barriers and achieve your personal goals. Delicious lunch and refreshments included throughout.

What will your day look like?

  • Arrival from 9:30am – Teas, coffees, granola, yogurt and fruit served on arrival

  • 10:15 – 11:15: Qi Gong session with Steve Munn

  • 11:15 – 12:15: Yoga Session with Jo Hanks (mats provided)

  • 12:15 - 13:00: Guided breathwork session with Caroline Boyle (mats, pillows and blankets provided)

  • 13:00 -14:00: Lunch and option to change out of active-leisure wear

  • 14:00 - 14:40: Expert speaker session: Understanding the connection between nutrition and stress workshop with Sophie Fraser

  • 14:40 - 15:40: Creative mandala paint session - an opportunity to understand the health benefits and ancient practice of mandala. Let your creative juices flow… we’ll provide the items for painting, paints and the brushes - everything you need to bring your creative vision alive.

  • 15:40 - 16:20: An introduction to Rapid Transformational Therapy with Sophie Fraser. How to unblock your barriers and shift your mindset.

  • 16:20 - 16:30: Break (healthy afternoon snacks, and teas, coffees, still & sparkling water, limited soft drinks)

  • 16:30 - 17:00: Intention setting workshop with Sophie Fraser

  • 17:00 - 17:30: Wrap up and farewell mocktails at the Summer House at Coppa Club

Total cost per person: £255 (10 spaces remaining)

Additional Important Information

  • Once you’ve booked your space, your booking confirmation will follow shortly after. If you need to cancel for any reason please notify us in writing over email as soon as possible.

    At our discretion, if you can find someone to take your place, we’ll transfer the booking accordingly and once payment from them is received, refund your payment.

    If we have a waiting list for this retreat and can successfully fill your space with someone from our waiting list, we’ll issue a refund to you.

    If no replacement can be found for your space, either by yourself or from our list, we’ll be unable to issue a refund.

    In the unlikely event we have to cancel the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, you’ll be entitled to a full refund.

    The nearest train station, Goring & Streatley, is a 10 minute walk away with direct trains from London Paddington, Slough, Maidenhead and Reading.

  • We recommend bringing light, comfortable clothing suitable for gentle exercise activities as well as a jumper or hoodie. Appropriate footwear, such as trainers, is essential for ensuring your comfort during movement certain sessions.

    There will be a chance to change our of your active-leisure wear, into should you wish to in the afternoon. Feel free to keep it casual either way.

    Additionally, we advise packing a reusable water bottle, as filtered still and sparkling water will be available throughout the day to keep you hydrated.

    We’ll provide all the equipment and materials needed for the sessions.

  • Absolutely not. We welcome everyone regardless of previous experience and fitness levels.

    We’ll send out a brief questionnaire after you book your place to check your fitness levels and any health conditions we need to be aware. This information is shared with our practitioners to ensure they cater to your specific needs and ability levels.

  • If you're concerned that any specific health conditions may limit your ability to participate in the activities planned for this retreat, please contact us prior to booking so we can advise accordingly.

    Additionally, we’ll capture specific health information prior to the event to ensure we assess any potential concerns effectively. It is important for us to understand your needs so that we can tailor the experience accordingly. Your wellness and comfort during the retreat are our top priorities.

  • To ensure a comfortable and intimate experience for all guests, we’ve created this retreat for 12 people. Join as a solo guest and meet like-minded individuals on the day or feel to bring a friend. We’ll update this event page to show when all spaces are booked.

Your Practitioners for the Day

Caroline Boyle

Caroline Boyle is a qualified Breath Guide based in Beaconsfield. After experiencing the transformative power of breathwork during her breast cancer treatment, she trained at the Hale Center in Sweden. Caroline offers five distinct guided classes, from relaxing to powerful sessions, enabling clients to explore and harness their breath's potential. Her sessions aim to improve lung function, reduce stress, and enhance emotional resilience.

Sophie Fraser

Sophie Fraser is a Rapid Transformational Therapist (RTT) and Neuro Change Practitioner based in Beaconsfield, South Buckinghamshire. She helps clients overcome self-limiting beliefs, achieve personal goals, and enhance overall well-being. Utilising a combination of hypnotherapy, NLP, and psychotherapy, along with evidence-based brain and mind coaching via the Neuro Change Method®. Her practice is dedicated to empowering individuals to lead purposeful lives and attain sustainable, positive change.

Jo Hanks

Jo Hanks is a yoga teacher based in Henley-on-Thames, and the founder of Get On Your Mat. Trained in India in 2010, Jo offers yoga classes blending authentic traditions with modern-day practice. Her hatha flow classes feature meditation, breathwork, and uplifting playlists. She also offers Yin, Restorative yoga, and variations for prenatal and beginner students. With a background in corporate industries, Jo understands the stresses of modern life and integrates Kinesiology, nutrition advice, and remedial massage to promote holistic well-being.

Steve Munn

Steve Munn is a certified instructor specialising in Tai Chi, Qi Gong, and Yoga, based in Henley-on-Thames. He offers classes at The Henley Yoga Studio, focusing on moving meditation techniques that enhance physical and mental well-being. Steve's journey into these disciplines began after years as a business owner, leading him to discover the profound peace and joy they bring. His passion lies in teaching and guiding others toward inner peace and optimal health through dedicated practice.
