When to Visit the Maldives
The Maldives makes for a perfect retreat year-round, with temperatures remaining between 25 - 30°C.
November to April are popular months to visit the Maldives, for drier weather and better underwater visibility when snorkelling and diving. December to March is considered high period when resorts get booked up fast.
May to October is the Maldives’ official wet season, but with rainfall often stopping as quickly as it started, these months still prove to be popular for those looking to bag a luxury escape bargain. May to October also brings higher chances of spotting whale sharks, manta rays and rare bioluminescent plankton.

Getting to the Maldives
Flights from the UK to the Maldives arrive at Velana International Airport, the main airport in Malé, the capital of the islands. From there, we’ll arrange a private speed boat or sea plane transfer to take you to your resort.
During selected periods of the year, limited direct flights run from London to the Maldives with a duration of approximately 10 hours. Majority of UK flights to the Maldives however, involve a stopover. Speak to your retreat designer about turning a stopover into a short stay of its own, to make your trip to the Maldives part of an exciting multi-centre itinerary.
